Ocean literacy officer - DTU Aqua
Interested in advancing the uptake of ocean literacy in society and particular among the youth?
DTU Aqua offers a three-year position as ocean literacy officer. Your overall focus will be on supporting and coordinating part of DTU Aqua’s work across several EU projects, related to ocean literacy.
The position is part of several larger EU Horizon projects related e.g. ocean carbon cycles, ocean conservation, and fisheries management. Your overall work and focus will be on scaling up the institute’s efforts in these projects, and e.g. coordinate ocean literacy activities related to upper secondary education across multiple EU countries and school systems.

Da vi er i vækst i Agilent søger vi flere engagerede Dyrepasser til vores bedrift på Sydsjælland. Både faste stillinger og 18 måneders vikariater.
Bedriften består primært af kaniner samt en mindre bestand af geder. Kaninerne hjælper Agilent med at producere antistoffer, som udgør en vigtig del af vores produkter og som bl.a. bliver brugt i kampen mod cancer.
Dine arbejdsopgaver:
- Daglig fodring og pasning af dyrene.
- Rengøring og vedligeholdelse af stalde og inventar. I denne forbindelse vil der forekomme en del tunge løft.
- Produktion af antistoffer herunder blodtapning og immunisering.

Are you interested in the interaction of biodiversity, climate and marine pollution, and have a fondness for the smallest organisms in the world’s oceans (=plankton)? If yes, maybe this is a PhD for you!
The main objectives of your PhD are 1) to develop a damage modelling framework for environmental pollutants in marine environments and 2) to enhance our understanding of the cumulative impacts of (shipping-relevant) contaminants, to be used as input to the damage model.
