I tæt samarbejde med de lokale biogasanlæg, leverandørforeninger, leverandører og planteavlskonsulenter er du med til at sikre en effektiv håndtering af biomasse, i form af dybstrøelse, rågylle og afgasset biomasse. Du får en vigtig rolle i at understøtte dialogen og samarbejdet med leverandører og deres konsulenter, herunder opdyrkning af nye samarbejdspartnere.

Supply Chain Coordinator i Supply Chain- og Logistikteamet

Supply Chain-teamet i Nature Energy er opdelt i to hovedteams. Logistikteamet, som er ansvarlig for vores daglige planlægning af lastbiler, og Farm relation Key Accounts, der er ansvarlig for samarbejdet med landbrugsleverandører og den afgassede biomasse. Derudover har teamet et industriteam, som er primært det du vil blive en del af.

Du vil være medansvarlig for at sikre, at anlæggene modtager de biomasser, som de har brug for, inden for den tidsramme de har brug for dem.

HR koordinator

Du får til opgave at sikre en professionel og sammenhængende håndtering af hele medarbejderrejsen – fra rekruttering og onboarding til fratrædelse og offboarding.

Derudover indebærer rollen en koordinerende funktion i forhold til HR-relaterede opgaver, der understøtter både ledere og medarbejdere i deres daglige arbejde.
