Integration and Test Manager

We are looking for a skilled and quality-focused Integration and Test Manager to take a leading role in the planning, coordination, and execution of integration and testing activities across complex systems. In this role, you will ensure that all system components – including hardware, software, and interfaces – are successfully integrated and function reliably in accordance with technical, performance, and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive integration and test strategies, plans, and timelines
  • Coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams to support the seamless integration of technical components into complete systems
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of test activities, including functional, performance, and regression testing
  • Ensure accurate identification, documentation, and tracking of defects and issues, driving them through to resolution
  • Maintain a strong focus on compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and support to testing teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Communicate testing progress, key findings, and potential risks clearly to stakeholders and project teams

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
  • Substantial experience working with system integration and testing in technically complex environments
  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and test management tools
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple parallel tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving
