Who is your future team?
We are a team of HR Tech Specialists who own and develop the technical landscape in the HR domain, in close collaboration with our HR and Information Systems colleagues. HR Tech has an important role in Axis HR agenda; an agenda that emphasizes digitalization in our journey to support a growing Axis and making sure that people at Axis reach their full potential and have more time to spend making our customers happy.
What will you do here as an HR Tech Specialist?
As an HR Tech Specialist at Axis, you will identify and configure technical solutions to enable HR to deliver value to candidates, employees, managers and HR, primarily through our Workday solution. You will be part of and lead various projects and initiatives, covering continuous improvements as well as implementation of new functionality. Your role will include, among other things:
* Being the technical owner of dedicated domains within the HR Tech landscape
* Driving digitalization efforts, keeping up to date with tech trends and innovations and providing input to roadmaps
* Translating business requirements into technical solutions; all the way from identifying a solution to configuration and implementation
* Partnering with process owners and stakeholders globally
* Act as expert support on HR Tech related incidents and requests
* Running release management for your domains
In your role as HR Tech Specialist, you will work with a lot of different stakeholders and great colleagues across the globe, where your ability to communicate complex topics in a digestible way will be key.

We would love to hear that you have:
* A background of working with HR Tech for at least 7 years (preferably Workday)
* Deep knowledge within domains and HR Processes like HCM Core, Recruiting, Learning, Expenses, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Reporting etc.
* Solid project management experience
* Experience of working with Scrum methodology
* We also expect you to be knowledgeable about data protection regulations such as GDPR and others
* University education in either HR in combination with experience and knowledge from IT or IT in combination with HR experience
* Excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing
