Customer Support Specialist – Work From Home in Greece - EU Passport is required to apply

(plus professional‑level English)

You can work from home anywhere in Greece. Please note that the role cannot be performed from outside Greece.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers with:

Household & Cleaning Products

  • Cordless, robot, and handheld vacuum cleaners

  • Other cleaning devices

Air Treatment

  • Air purifiers, humidifiers, fans, and heaters

Professional Products

  • Hand dryers

You will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting

  • Advise on spare parts and accessories

  • Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience

  • Manage warranty and service requests

We expect:

  • Native proficiency in Italian, Swedish, Dutch, French, Polish, German, Norwegian, or Spanish

  • Professional level of English

  • Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required

  • Technical understanding and basic IT knowledge

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
