About the position: Work as a Customer Service Representative for a leading global company, where you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide fast and effective solutions. The role involves communication via phone, email, and chat, with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative who can help us deliver an excellent experience to our customers.
Your responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Norwegian customers in Norwegian, providing professional assistance
Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, warranties, and maintenance
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Advise customers on product features and benefits, helping them make informed decisions
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies
Contribute to a positive working environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken
English proficiency at a level that allows professional communication and participation in training
Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Technical knowledge is a plus but not a requirement
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
Open to experiencing a new culture
