About the position: Work as a Customer Service Representative for a leading global company, where you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide fast and effective solutions. The role involves communication via phone, email, and chat, with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative who can help us deliver an excellent experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Norwegian customers in Norwegian, providing professional assistance

  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, warranties, and maintenance

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction

  • Advise customers on product features and benefits, helping them make informed decisions

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and company policies

  • Contribute to a positive working environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken

  • English proficiency at a level that allows professional communication and participation in training

  • Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

  • Technical knowledge is a plus but not a requirement

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies

  • Open to experiencing a new culture
