Sushi Chef Wanted

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team! If you take pride in precision, fresh ingredients, and creating an exceptional dining experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sushi and sashimi to high quality standards

  • Ensure freshness and proper handling of seafood and ingredients

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Assist with menu development and specials

  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen workflow

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working as a Sushi Chef

  • Possesses strong knife skills and attention to detail

  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Is creative, reliable, and a team player

  • Has good communication skills (English or local language)
