Job Opening: Dim Sum Chef (Daytime Production)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Dim Sum Chef to join our kitchen team.
This role is focused exclusively on morning production of dim sum – no evening service required.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:00
Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce a variety of dim sum (steamed, fried, baked)
Ensure consistent quality and presentation
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Contribute to an efficient and well-organized kitchen
Requirements:
Solid experience with dim sum and Asian cuisine
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working in a high-paced production environment
