Senior Project Manager
You will be a central part of a comprehensive programme and be overall responsible for ensuring that the Maintenance Agreement is executed and meets all requirements - including budget, timeline, and quality.

You will be part of the management team in the program and will have a central role in managing the project safely to commercial operation in collaboration with the supplier of the trains and Full Service agreement.
You will also work closely with colleagues from the Derived Projects to ensure that the many aspects of changes in the DSB organization is implemented for the IC5 in operation.
You will have an exacting and varied job In your position as a senior project manager overseeing the implementation of the Full Service Agreement for New Trains, your contributions will be vital in preparing both the Supplier and DSB for the FSA maintenance model execution.
Your role is to have overall overview of the supplier's deliveries, internal processes and associated derived projects. You need to make sure that the maintenance contract is operationalized and that our management system supports the implementation of FSA.
You will be the link between several key areas, including suppliers, workshop projects and internal teams, and you will play a key role in ensuring that all parts of the project are coordinated and executed as planned.
Your most important tasks will be to
- Direct the implementation of FSA in close collaboration with suppliers, internal project teams and contractors.
 - Ensure that all processes and deliveries comply with the maintenance contract and DSB's safety management system.
 - Coordinate with the workshop projects to ensure coherence between construction and maintenance requirements.
 - Ensure that derived projects in DSB can support a transition to the new maintenance model.
 
You navigate effortlessly in complex settings and are used to developing relationships across disciplines and levels. Your communication is clear and credible, which makes you a natural bridge builder between different stakeholders.
- We are looking for an experienced candidate who can recognize the following points
 - Relevant higher education.
 - Extensive experience in managing complex supplier contracts and ensuring adherence to obligations and required quality in deliverables.
 - Experience with complex transformational projects in the railway industry.
 - Knowledge of train maintenance or experience in the field.
 - Understanding of multi-technical disciplines such as maintenance mobilization, contract management, engineering, safety, risk and quality assurance (QA).
 - Fluent in both writing and speech in English – Danish is an advantage.
