We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented senior business analyst who is eager to expand their experience in driving large-scale transformation initiatives across a global organization. About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving transparency, accountability, and strategic insight across our transformation program, which aims to leverage our competitive edge and position us for long-term growth.

In this role, you will join our newly established Transformation Office, and you will report to the VP Transformation, and you will work closely with initiative leads, finance, and senior leadership to ensure our transformation program delivers measurable impact. It is a highly dynamic position with broad exposure across the organization and you’ll gain deep insight and support strategic decision-making. With a wide variety of tasks and challenges, the role offers significant learning potential and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor transformation performance: Track initiative progress with rigor and consistency, ensure timely escalations, and synthesize updates into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Track financial impact: Maintain financial trackers, link initiative outcomes to the P&L, and collaborate with Finance to ensure budget integration and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop & maintain dashboards: Own the Transformation KPI dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare executive materials & drive follow-up: Create structured, data-driven presentations for weekly management meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key actions and decisions.
  • Deliver strategic analysis & support decision-making: Provide analytical support on key priorities and ad hoc projects for track leads, including financial modeling. Package complex data into clear, executive-ready formats that enable decisive action from senior management.
  • Coordinate across workstreams: Act as the central liaison between the Transformation Office and initiative leads, ensuring consistent updates, alignment, and accountability

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, transformation, or strategy roles preferrable from a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in dashboard tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, think cell) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling company sensitive information.
