Account Manager for fast growing software company

At Princh, we’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and set up for success. You’ll play a key role in customer relationships, driving retention, and uncovering opportunities for growth.
Your responsibilities
· Be the go-to person: manage ongoing relationships and keep customers smiling
· Drive growth: ensure renewal and identify and realize upsell opportunities
· Kick off success: train new customers to ensure a smooth launch
· Keep knowledge flowing: deliver refreshers and webinars that make learning fun and keep customers engaged
· Stay ahead of challenges: proactively solve customer issues before they become problems
We imagine that you
· Have 2–5 years of experience in account management or customer success
· Are empathetic and organized; you keep promises and follow through
· Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
· Have English that’s sharp enough to negotiate, connect, and leave a great impression
· Additional language skills are a big plus
