Head Chef for New Bistro Concept at Kolding Golf Club
We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our new Bistro at Kolding Golf Club – a place where classic culinary craftsmanship meets a modern bistro atmosphere.
About the Project
Kolding Golf Club is launching a new dining concept that will become an essential part of the club experience. The Bistro will offer:
Tasty, quick, and well-prepared dishes for golfers who want quality meals before, during, or after their game.
Events and private functions such as corporate gatherings, birthdays, and weddings, where food and service are key to creating memorable moments.
A kitchen that combines creative freedom with respect for the needs of our guests.
Your Role
As Head Chef, you won’t just manage daily operations – you will be a key partner in shaping the entire concept.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a menu universe that serves golfers efficiently while also being adaptable for private events and banquets.
Building and training your own team – we are starting with a young staff, giving you the opportunity to train them according to your standards and procedures.
Ensuring structure, high quality, purchasing, mise en place, and smooth daily operations.
Leading from the front – this is a hands-on kitchen role, not an office job.
