JOB OPENING: Warehouse and Shop Administrator

Golden Foods is a leading importer and distributor of Indian speciality foods in Denmark. We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Shop Administrator to support our growing operations. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in both the warehouse and retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse

  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems

  • Assist with order processing and preparing shipments

  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers

  • Oversee deliveries and shop restocking

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in warehouse and shop areas

  • Provide basic administrative support to management

  • Handle product labeling, pricing, and shop presentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse or retail administration (preferred but not required)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory software)

  • Able to communicate in English and Hindi (Danish is a plus)

  • Physically able to handle stock and occasional lifting

  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to take responsibility

  • Experience with food products or import/distribution is a bonus
