Office Manager – Copenhagen

At Podimo, we believe in creating a workplace where people can thrive.
We’re an international team of 300+ people bringing podcasts and audiobooks to millions of listeners worldwide. We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our Copenhagen HQ and ensure that our office is a place where people feel inspired, supported, and ready to do their best work.

Your Mission

Your main mission is to keep everything around the office running smoothly so our team can focus on creating amazing content and experiences. You’ll be the go-to person for anything office-related, making sure our space is organized, stocked, and full of good vibes.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the one-point-of-contact for all office management duties – from ordering supplies to keeping the snack bar full

  • Organize the office layout and ensure we have the right equipment and stationery

  • Keep the office in top condition and coordinate repairs with handymen when needed

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including Intro Days

  • Respond to employee queries about office matters and take appropriate action

  • Manage relationships with facility vendors (cleaning, catering, security, etc.)

  • Plan and coordinate in-house and off-site activities like parties, celebrations, and conferences

Extra Projects
  • Create a central database of all our service providers for easy access in future events

  • Set up clear and useful signage for all office spaces, including emergency and closure guidelines

  • Build a simple archive of internal events for reference and inspiration

  • Keep track of and organize all storage areas for optimal use

What You Bring
  • Previous experience in office management or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive, hands-on approach – you spot problems before they happen

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep a cool head when things get busy

What We Offer
  • Parental Leave: Up to six months of fully paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • Equity Participation: All employees have the opportunity to benefit from company growth through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
  • Supportive Culture: Unlimited child sick days, free online therapy sessions, and a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Flexibility & Well-being: Flexible hours and remote work options to support work-life balance.
  • Performance, Learning & Development: Access to resources to help you thrive and build your career within a high-growth, dynamic company.
This is the hiring process

First things first: we ask you to submit your CV or provide a link to your LinkedIn profile. Sharing your motivation for the job is highly appreciated, but not expected. If we pick your application to continue to the interview stage, this is how we plan to run the interview process:

  • A short phone or video screening
  • First interview with the hiring manager
  • Case session with the primary stakeholders
  • Final interview with the hiring manager

We might change it up to make sure it makes sense. Our main focus is to run an efficient and enjoyable interview process. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the preferred starting date is asap or shortly thereafter.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Equal Opportunity Employer

Podimo is an equal opportunity employer, and we believe in equal opportunities for all in our workplace. We don’t discriminate based on race, colour, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age or political orientation, no matter where we operate.

This is us

Founded in Copenhagen in 2019, Podimo is a platform for podcast and audiobook lovers as well as audio content creators. Our app puts a world of podcasts and audiobooks at your fingertips. Our revenue-sharing model rewards creators for making content that people want to hear – whether they have an established following or a niche audience.

We're a courageous and curious bunch. We recognize the value every individual brings, and respect our coworkers’ ideas, opinions, and time. We approach our work with integrity and humility, and believe that we are better together. We have zero time for sharp elbows and big egos.

We’re fiercely passionate about discovering, creating, and obsessing over great stories. We support our creators deeply, and have massive respect for their process as we help them bring their most exciting ideas and stories to life. We love what we do, but more importantly, we have a good time doing it.

We seek to build a company and culture that mirrors the diversity of the world we’re living in. This means; diversity of talent, voices, ideas, and thoughts. That goes both for our brand, our content, our creators, and our teams.

You are welcome at Podimo for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what stories you have playing in your headphones.
