Work Location : Office based and/or combined with home based Work Schedule. Planning of work hours with the remaining team.

Job Description

We are looking for a competent & strategic Product Specialist to work with and support our companies CEO, who works out of Denmark, Hong Kong, Spain and USA. You will be the one to be string holder and support to organize and maintain our main product range, catalogs and web site presentations with more, working with the Marketing Team and the CEO whois strongly and direct engaged in our technical and marketwise product range and also assist him by performing a variety of associated tasks mainly within technical, sales, marketing and administrative areas and a daily to yearly basis. Deep understanding of English and ability to travel is a MUST.

Our right candidate must be a quick & tidy professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned management tasks and duties mainly within technical, sales, marketing and administrative areas are carried out timely and efficiently.

WORK DETAILS:
● Office-based job / (Home-based position in periods).
● Ability to travel internationally as required.
● Proficiency level of English both written and spoken.
● Willing to work needed hours per week, mainly between 8:00 to 16:00 CET. 24/7 availability on demand. But often limited to a 4 day work week Monday to Thursday.

QUALIFICATIONS:
● Degree in marketing, design, engineering, business administration or relative field.

● At Least 1 to 2 years of design/ product management or any relevant experience

● At least 6 months as team lead or in supervisory role

● Preferably with experience on graphic designs

● Preferably with prior work experience from a packaging industry

● Well-versed in technical terminologies

● Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Integrity and confidentiality.
● Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Familiarity with business principles and practices.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Accountabilities:
● Prepare and/or revise technical brochures/catalogues, manuals, and/or layout/drawings of both existing or new product to be added in portfolio..
● Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to appropriately reflect the catalog for product details, and product-related data
● Obtain information for the product catalog on the Sal-Tech site
● Identify concerns and keep a record of tasks undertaken
● Scrutinize and define deep analysis for a persistent problem
● Knows how to deal with uncertainty
● Interview and understand customer needs and prepare specifications for quotation
● Optimize processes
● Provide technical insights and also researches and follow technical trends in general
● Secure hardcopy or online commissioning new products or existing products better
● See to it that in-house system is up to date
