We are looking for a conscientious front desk manager of our restaurant. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and com-plaints, manage booking and appointment schedules, and promote the restaurant in different medias.

To be a successful front desk manager, you should provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills.

Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing front desk procedures.
  • Hiring and training staff ans managing the shift schedules
  • Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, website, Facebook and emails.
  • Tending to guests' complaints and questions and communicate with chef about customer's feedback.
  • Ensuring that the dining area is kept clean and organised.
  • Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
  • Managing budget, records and contracts.
  • Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the owner.

  • Front Desk Manager requirements:
  • College education diploma in marketing or similar.
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in booking and services
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong organisational management skills
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cood leadership and training abilities.
