Front desk Manager
We are looking for a conscientious front desk manager of our restaurant. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome guests, tend to their questions and com-plaints, manage booking and appointment schedules, and promote the restaurant in different medias.
To be a successful front desk manager, you should provide exceptional customer service and strong leadership skills.
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing front desk procedures.
- Hiring and training staff ans managing the shift schedules
- Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, website, Facebook and emails.
- Tending to guests' complaints and questions and communicate with chef about customer's feedback.
- Ensuring that the dining area is kept clean and organised.
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
- Managing budget, records and contracts.
- Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the owner.
- Front Desk Manager requirements:
- College education diploma in marketing or similar.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in booking and services
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational management skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Cood leadership and training abilities.
