We are looking for a chef with expertise in Italian cuisine, especially in regional Tuscan and Emilia Romagna cuisine. Maybe you are specialized in fresh pasta and traditional Italian recipes. The chef must have worked in mid to high-end restaurants. The candidate must be self-sufficient, work well in a team and under stress during the intense work of the high peak months. The candidate must be able to speak Italian and a minimum of English.
