Your new role

As a CVP cLEAN Partner, you will work across the area 25L, reporting to the Senior Manager for 25L Operational Readiness Business Support. You will be responsible together with the management group to define strategic improvement priorities. In close collaboration with Operations organisation, you will help to develop business, leaders, and employees.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Support a roadmap towards operational readiness
  • Identifying systems and tools for training and deployment in pursuit of operational excellence
  • Fostering organizational learning, continuous improvement, and problem-solving
  • Supporting leadership in improving productivity and effectiveness in the next step regarding Operational Excellence

Joining our department means stepping into a new position where you will play a vital part in defining further development of 25L Operational Readiness Business Support.

Your new department

Our team is working to expand the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) capacity of our Biotech production in Hillerød. You will become a part of one of the most significant expansion projects in Novo Nordisk – and when finished the facility will employ app. 340 colleagues. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity for our portfolio of clinical late phase products to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a CVP cLEAN Partner who thrives in complexity and brings structure to transformation. You’ll bring with you:

  • A master’s degree related to Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or any other related field
  • Several years of experience within LEAN implementation, strategy deployment, project management, coaching, and change management
  • Experience working in highly complex, matrix environments, ideally in a manufacturing environment (preferably within GMP and manufacturing processes)
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, facilitate progress in operational transitions, and create governance structures
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English

As a person, you have an analytical and curious mindset, a high ability to navigate in complex stakeholder landscape and matrix organization, and you negotiate at all levels in the organization. You are motivated by challenging assignments, and you absorb new knowledge quickly, demonstrating great cooperation skills, and your proficiency lies in fostering collaboration and ensuring engagement among other employees while setting the overall Strategic direction.
