The Department of Management, Society and Communication at Copenhagen Business School is seeking a motivated student assistant to support the development and implementation of a customised GPT-based mentor for social entrepreneurship education.

We are developing a customised GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) mentor integrated into the Seismic APP, a digital platform supporting student learning in social entrepreneurship. The goal is to enhance reflective learning through an AI mentor tailored to course-specific content and feedback needs.

Your tasks will include:
  1. Supporting CBS educators in the development, training, and testing of a customised LLM GPT mentor.
  2. Assisting in the integration of GPT functionalities into educational workflows via the Seismic APP.
  3. Helping prepare and maintain prompt templates, feedback loops, and evaluation materials.
  4. Contributing to the documentation and user guidelines for educators and students.


Qualifications:
  1. Significant interest in AI, large language models, and education.
  2. Prior experience with LLMs, especially custom GPTs via OpenAI or similar platforms.
  3. Familiarity with prompt engineering, basic API use, and user testing is a plus.
  4. Interest in social entrepreneurship education is welcome.
  5. Ability to manage your tasks and communicate effectively with researchers and educators.
  6. Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).

The salary currently ranges between DKK 141,14 and DKK 148,06 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.

It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution.
