Customer Support Specialist – German speaker (Remote in Greece)

They are expanding the Client Success Team in Greece and looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to deliver support and service across multiple channels.

Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 support via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist with account and billing updates
  • Support users with platform navigation and data explanation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex queries when needed
  • Adapt to multiple tools and product lines as needed
Who You Are:
  • High level of the German language (C1/C2 or native)
  • Proficient in English (B1–B2)
  • Comfortable using digital platforms
  • Interested in finance, stock markets, or personal investing is a plus
  • Able to work rotating shifts between 09:00–21:00, Monday–Sunday
  • Have a clean criminal record
