Specialized in Certified Welders and Skilled Metal Workers Davai A/S is looking for 2 motivated and skilled Technical Recruiters to join our team. In a fast-paced and candidate-driven market, we are seeking passionate professionals — ideally with a technical background — who are ready to take their recruitment careers to the next level.

To support our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the industrial sector, one of these recruiters will have a special focus on engaging and recruiting more female welders, painters, and technicians — helping to promote equal opportunities in a traditionally male-dominated field.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit / head hunt candidates for welding and metal construction roles
  • Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and to ensure that it attracts qualified professionals.
  • Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best qualified are put forward to clients.
  • Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Interview candidates using a combination of methods (ex: structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioral questions)
  • Build and maintain a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
  • Participate in ongoing education program planning for new as well as present staff.
  • For one role: focus on outreach to increase female participation in technical trades.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Proven experience in recruiting for the welding and metal construction sector
  • Technical background or strong understanding of industrial job requirements
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a Baltic language or Russian is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
  • A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid Category B driver's license
