Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.
  • Proficiency in Japanese, French, and English both oral and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expertise in coding shipping software and IT systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners in Japanese, French, and English.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to optimize shipping software and systems.

About the position

We are looking for a full-time Shipping Assistant for one year employment at our HQ in Copenhagen. Start date will be around 1 September 2025.
