Are you passionate about culinary arts and authentic Indian flavors? Do you have a flair for modern cuisine and enjoy providing guests with an extraordinary experience? Then you might be the chef we are looking for at Restaurant Chaacha – Aalborg’s modern Indian social dining restaurant and cocktail bar.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing authentic and modern Indian dishes

• Developing and presenting new menus in collaboration with the head chef

• Ensuring quality control and proper handling of ingredients

• Maintaining efficient kitchen workflow and top-level hygiene standards

We expect that you:

• Have experience as a chef, preferably in Indian or Asian cuisine

• Are creative, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Understand ingredients, flavor combinations, and dish presentation

• Are flexible and a team player

• Can work weekdays and weekends

• Tilberedning af autentiske og moderne indiske retter

• Udvikling og anretning af nye menuer i samarbejde med køkkenchefen

• Kvalitetskontrol og råvarehåndtering

• Sikre effektivt køkkenflow og hygiejne i topklasse

Vi forventer, at du:

• Har erfaring som kok – gerne med det indiske eller asiatiske køkken

• Er kreativ, struktureret og trives i et travlt miljø

• Har forståelse for råvarer, smagssammensætning og præsentation

• Er fleksibel og en god holdspiller

• Kan arbejde både hverdage og weekender
