Are you a hands-on content professional who takes pride in producing meticulously crafted and compelling content? Do you get as much of a kick out of keeping structure as you do when flexing your creative muscles? Then you might be the new addition to our Marketing Team in CeramicSpeed Cycling.

Right now, we're looking for a Content Specialist, who can help us share more of the stories that make CeramicSpeed stand out. The role is primarily focused on an operational level, so to succeed you should feel comfortable creating content at a high output - while naturally keeping high-quality standards - and balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.

We're looking for a highly structured individual with a keen eye for detail and solid project management skills. Besides creating content, a central part of the job entails maintaining content plans and organizing our digital asset management, so that internal and external partners are always up to date.

As part of the marketing department in CeramicSpeed Cycling, you will join a close, passionate team, who work independently within their own areas of expertise, as well as collaboratively delivering industry-leading marketing support. The marketing team also works closely with our global sales teams to constantly develop and strengthen our brand around the globe.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Content creation (primarily copywriting) across all touchpoints: from website to social media to newsletters to retail assets, etc.
  • Maintain and organize content plans and our digital asset management
  • Collaborate closely with our E-Commerce team to make sure our ad setup is aligned with brand and sales objectives
  • Keep a consistent brand voice in the content you create across all channels and platforms
  • Communicate and coordinate with our partners (e.g. Media, Sponsored Teams and Athletes, Retailers)

We expect you to:

  • Have a relevant education in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
  • Have a couple of years of experience in a similar position.
  • Have excellent copywriting skills and be comfortable with producing anything from descriptive product copy to engaging brand content
  • Be a self-starter, able to work independently and in a team, with a sharp eye for detail.

If you have skills in photography, it is a plus though not a requirement. Similarly, a passion for the sport and culture of cycling is a plus, but not a requirement.

The job is located at our HQ in Holstebro, Denmark. In relevant situations, some remote work is possible upon agreement with the Head of Marketing. You should expect your travel activity to be between 20-40 days.
