About the Role:

WiiSDA is recruiting experienced and qualified car painters to join high-quality car repair workshops for our customer across Denmark. This is a full-time, permanent position in a modern, well-regulated, and supportive work environment. You will join a professional team and work with the latest tools and technologies to ensure top-tier results in car painting and surface finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, grinding, filling, masking)

  • Mix and apply primers, base coats, and topcoats to match manufacturer specifications

  • Perform spot repairs and full resprays with high attention to detail

  • Polish and finish painted surfaces to ensure a flawless finish

  • Collaborate with panel beaters, mechanics, and other workshop staff

  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent, relevant experience as a car painter / autolakerer

  • Certificate, diploma, or vocational training in car painting or auto body repair

  • Valid driving license (Category B)

  • Basic English communication skills (Danish not required; support is provided)

  • Reliable, responsible, and efficient

  • Positive and team-oriented attitude

  • Capable of working independently when required
