Cafeteria Illago is looking for a chef for our cafeteria in Roskilde. We need a skilled chef who can improve our menus for our customers and specially a chef with experience of oriental dishes.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Oriental Chef who can prepare a variety of traditional and modern oriental dishes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oriental cuisine, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of oriental dishes to a high standard
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
  • Contribute to menu development and new dish ideas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Oriental Chef or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of oriental ingredients, techniques, and recipes
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Relevant culinary training is a plus
