The business

Driversnote is a product-centric and profitable SaaS company in the heart of Copenhagen. We proudly help over 3 million users across over 50 countries log their mileage. No one enjoys the hassle of mileage documentation, so we automate and simplify this tedious task to make our customers’ work lives easier while saving them time and money.

We are 35 people working closely together on design, mobile and web development, marketing, support, sales and customer success. At Driversnote, you will enjoy the benefits of working at a company with a clear product-market fit. We have quadrupled our ARR over the last three years, and our scale will allow you to operate in a truly data-driven fashion.

The product

Driversnote’s main experience is a highly rated freemium app found mainly via search engines and app listings, spread through word of mouth. We have a B2C-like relationship with many of our users, but we are gradually moving more into the traditional B2B space, which entails further product enhancements and localised customer experiences.

The opportunity

Localisation and global SEO are key to reaching and supporting more users worldwide. We have a strong foundation and already have dedicated localisation and translation resources in place.

Now, we’re ready to scale by expanding into new countries and increasing the depth of localisation within existing markets. That’s where you come in.

Your responsibilities will range from localising our app, website, and content to creating new market-specific experiences.

You’ll also research emerging markets and identify how cultural nuances should shape the user experience. Your work will span the entire organisation, including our product owners and designers. That’s why experience with global digital products is essential.

We need someone who is part strategist, executor, and coordinator—someone who thrives on detail, can manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external), and enjoys figuring out how to reach new users and better support existing ones.

In short, you’ll be our internal localisation champion, ensuring our content and products feel local, relevant, and supportive to users worldwide.

The role

As our localisation project manager, you’ll be responsible for building scalable processes and helpful content experiences that delight users in their language and context.

You'll be part of the content and SEO team (3 full-time), which is part of a larger marketing team. We already work with transcreation and localisation, so you won't be starting from scratch, but are expected to help us scale and expand these efforts.

As part of your everyday work, you will:
  • Ensure localised content is accurate, relevant, and culturally aligned — down to word choices, date formats, and tone of voice.
  • Champion consistency in tone, terminology, and quality across all languages.
  • Improve global SEO and organic acquisition through well-structured, transcreated content.
  • Optimise localisation workflows and processes to support scale and efficiency.
  • Conduct market and keyword research to inform expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate across departments and communicate findings and results.
  • Work with a network of freelance translators.
We’re looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in localisation or international content/SEO roles.
  • Experience managing localisation at scale — tools, translators, processes, QA and delivery.
  • Experience working with international SEO: Keyword research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
  • A process-minded project manager: structured, timely, and proactive.
  • Deep attention to detail: From spotting typos to ensuring correct number and date formatting.
  • Experience with global, digital products.
  • Empathy for users and a genuine interest in cultural differences.
  • Excellent time and self-management — comfortable working independently and with many teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing solutions.
  • Ability to diplomatically collaborate internally and lead freelancers externally.
Bonus points if you:
  • Have led content or localisation efforts in a growing tech company.
  • Can demonstrate how you’ve scaled localisation or improved global content performance.
  • Have a passion for tax and mileage rules in various parts of the world.
This is for you, if
  • You get excited by the idea of improving the (product) experience for thousands of people in their native language.
  • You enjoy building processes that scale and create clarity.
  • You want to see your work directly impact user satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • You enjoy working across teams and disciplines.
  • You find satisfaction in the details, from words to workflows.

What we believe in

Vision & mission: We work to eliminate work-life hassles to let people focus on what matters. Today, that means removing the pain and trivial work of handling mileage, while providing peace of mind that nothing is forgotten and all rules are followed.

Product-led: We focus on the end-user and optimise for bottom-up adoption. We sell through our product, invest in customer success, and ensure our marketing meets real user needs.

Lean & data-driven: We learn fast and adapt quickly. We believe in experimentation, not perfect plans.

Long-term & compounding: We invest in what compounds: strong foundations, relationships, and quality. We don’t chase short-term wins or vanity metrics.

What we offer

You’ll be part of an international team of 35 driven, curious, and kind people. You’ll have room to own your craft, influence direction, and grow professionally. You’ll work closely with the entire marketing department and the organisation, and have a budget for learning and development.

We work from a cosy and well-located office near the Meatpacking District in Copenhagen. Expect great lunches, quality coffee, Friday drinks, running club, game nights, and memorable Christmas and summer parties.
We also understand that people have lives — so we offer flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and competitive salary and benefits.
