Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.

  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient kitchen operation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef in an Indian restaurant or similar kitchen environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

  • Flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
