Bouillon is looking for a passionate and dedicated inspector to join our dynamic team. We are a growing company, and we offer exciting development opportunities in an environment where gastronomy meets professionalism. If you have experience in management in the restaurant industry, and you are motivated by creating unforgettable experiences for both guests and employees, then this position may be for you!

About the position:

As an inspector at Bouillon, you will have a central role in the daily operation of the restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • To be in charge on the day and to be responsible for all activities in the restaurant.
  • To manage and distribute the work among employees, ensure a smooth service and a high level of service.
  • To lead by example and inspire the team by leading the way in both service and work ethic.
  • To do service in the restaurant, from start to finish and ensure the guests' full satisfaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has experience in the restaurant industry and understands the challenges that can arise. You possess the ability to maintain an overview and act effectively in busy situations. Most importantly, you are good at communicating and collaborating, and you are a good colleague.
