Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at Copenhagen Business School is searching for two motivated Community and Event Student Assistants to support the team's delivery of a range of signature events and activities for our students, founders, academic community, and broader ecosystem across our programs.

CSE is CBS' entrepreneurship unit, where students and academics are supported in acquiring entrepreneurial and innovation skills through the testing of different business concepts and the development of their own startup companies and projects. In addition, we offer various training courses, workshops and events for startups and students.

You will be joining an international team of 30 colleagues who are committed to startups, education innovation, and entrepreneurial practices, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of exciting and inspirational events.

The tasks will include
  • Assist in planning and execution of activities for educational programs, and signature and community events.
  • Ordering of catering and preparing it to fit the layout and type of event.
  • On-site support with assisting set-up and break down of event venues, arranging tables and chairs, and decorations.
  • Setting up sign-up pages, registering attendance, and sending out post-event surveys.

  • Ready to support the management of entrepreneurial events.
  • A motivated problem-solver who can leverage creative thinking to address challenges during event planning and execution.
  • Organised and has time management skills.
  • A stellar communicator in both English and Danish.
  • Skilled at handling event management software.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).

The salary currently ranges between DKK 141.14 and DKK 148.06 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.

It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution.

The employment is covered by externally-funded projects and is time-limited for the period from 01-09-2025 to 31-08-2027. The position is expected to require a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
