Cato-Tech A/S is a small, specialized company that supplies high-quality spare parts for the railway industry. To strengthen our team and support our expansion in the French market, we are looking for a committed individual with strong French language skills to join us as soon as possible.

One of your main responsibilities will be to support and expand our business relationship with the French state railway, SNCF and the Belgian state Railway SNCB.

As an experienced supplier, our focus is on delivering original spare parts for state railways to ensure their operational safety and performance. Our customers include various major European railway companies such as Deutsche Bahn (DB), Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), and Danish State Railways (DSB). With an extensive network of manufacturers and in-depth knowledge of the industry, we ensure fast and precise delivery of components that meet the demanding standards of the railway industry. We also support our customers in the substitution of parts that are difficult or impossible to procure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Active sales of our spare parts to existing and new customers in the railway sector

  • Development of customer-oriented solutions and preparation of quotations

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities

  • Identifying suitable suppliers and establishing long-term partnerships

  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes

  • Customer and supplier visits, approximately 25 days annually

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical education

  • Experience in sales

  • Technical understanding and enthusiasm for railway technology

  • Strong customer and service orientation

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in English and French
