The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Umbraco Cloud, our flagship platform for seamless Umbraco development, deployment, and operations.

You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other product people to refine and evolve our Cloud offering. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between feature ideas, operational impact, business value, and customer delight.

  • You’re comfortable with data and love using it to back decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve
  • You think holistically about how features affect support, development time, documentation, and customer success

  • You value documentation and know your way around Markdown and tools like Azure DevOps
  • You can perform product discovery and business analysis (ROI, usage predictions, and prioritization) before we build
  • You’re approachable and open-minded — someone teammates feel comfortable bringing ideas and questions to
  • You’re excited to represent both developers internally and our customers externally — and bridge the gap between them
  • You have a good grasp of modern website hosting and cloud infrastructure — including topics like backup retention, usage monitoring, and disaster recovery.
  • You’re comfortable communicating openly across teams and channels — whether it’s Slack, a support forum, or a customer call.

What you will do
  • Own and evolve the product vision for Umbraco Cloud
  • Connect with customers and internal teams to understand pain points and opportunities
  • Use data and research to prioritize the most impactful work
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to define and refine solutions
  • Ensure we deliver value — and measure whether we actually did
  • Support the documentation and communication of what’s new, what’s coming, and why
Practicalities

While we support flexible and hybrid work, this role requires regular in-person presence at our HQ in Odense — typically 2–3 days per week.

Working hours: Full-time 37 hours a week

Preferred start date: As soon as possible

Place of work: On-site at Umbraco HQ in Odense, Denmark 2-3 days per week
