Student Content Creator for Learning & Development

What will your day look like?As a Student Content Creator, you will be creating visually engaging learning experiences. You will be creating presentations and visual material, shooting and editing videos and setting up content in our Learning Management System. You will run content production projects to support learnings experiences but also be supporting the Learning & Development team on larger learning initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Video creation: Shooting and editing video to enhance learning content and create engaging narratives.
- Visual Content Creation: Designing compelling graphics and visuals for learning courses, including infographics, illustrations, and presentations.
- Course Management: Set up courses and update content in our Learning Management System.
- Design Consistency: Working closely with content creators across the business to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness across all learning materials.
- Contribution to Learning Experience: Contributing to the overall design and user experience of our learning programs, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.
You will be part of our Learning & Development team focused on creating learning experiences for our more than 1,000 employees. In Learning & Development you will be working alongside close colleagues with deep expertise and experience within the people space and creative development. The Learning & Development team is part of a larger People Experience group of +20 people. What do you bring to the table?You’re a creative and enthusiastic student with a passion for video content and visual design. You are skilled at using video editing and design software to create compelling content and you are eager and ready to learn and grow in an environment where we like to get things done. You’re a team player that also knows how to work independently. And you are a problem-solver that likes to get things done.
Additionally, you bring:
- Proven experience with creating and editing video content (we expect to see a strong portfolio/reel)
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express etc.)
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (your working language will be English)
- An interest in learning more about Learning & Development as a practice
- A true people person and team player – you love to be part of a team and work together to achieve a vision
