Citizencontrolled Personal Assistance should explain itself:

Help all 365 days of the year, in my case from 07-23 on weekdays and 07-24 on weekends. To and from physiotherapy etc by public bus.

BPA-arrangements are rarely the same. It took 22 years before my everyday life and scheme matched. None of this came easy to me.

Wanted: 1 out of 3 assistants - 37 hours per week. Each assistant gets 2-3 shifts per week and 1 Saturday-Sunday/per month. Salary at the end of each month, which when calculated quarterly also adds up contractually. In case of illness, assistant assist assistant(s). Lobpa follows the collective agreement for disability assistants at 3F.

I went to regular elementary school, Egmont high hchool and made a disability-assistance joke on t-shirts; attended HF and drawing courses in Viborg in hope of becoming a character animator. After work-testing I was granted disability pension. My energy is spent on my own comic book project and I regularly meet with my animator and musician about bigger plans..

My heroes are Stan Sakai, Todd McFarlane, Ken Loach, Akira Kurosawa and Satyajit Ray.

I eat both rice and pork and curry. I also collect comic books and play nerdy boardgames. But enough about me.

Loud and clear:

1. With a modest 16 hours of assistance per day I cannot possibly help you traveling far and wide; choosing only to find the true you- when and where your wallet affords to.

2. I don't want to be taught to smoke and drink and party.. If that is not understood, another job might be best for you.

3. If you wield kindergarten pedagogy, anthropology, therapy or theology; then my advert is also not for you.

- With me, there are no 3+ days of work in a row.

- With me, there are no 24-hour shifts.

- With me, no dismissals take place without consulting with Lobpa.
