We are opening a new Chinese restaurant in Frederiksberg and are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to join our team. Our restaurant focuses on handmade noodle dishes, dumplings, baozi, and other authentic Chinese specialties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, including, dumplings, baozi, and stir-fried rice/noodles

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Occasionally support with dishwashing or other kitchen tasks if needed

• Work collaboratively with the team and follow kitchen management instructions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in traditional Chinese noodle and dumpling preparation

• Easy-going personality and good teamwork spirit

• Able to follow instructions and adapt to a team environment

• Must be available to work full time
