Our solutions typically consist of our proprietary 3D printing Software, a 3D printer, and 3D printing material. This concept enables customers to produce high-end products with minimal waste automatically. Our customers range from small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large enterprises.

About the RoleAs an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers and identifying opportunities for further growth. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships and increase customer engagement.

Prepare and conduct online presentations and coordinate evaluation periods to showcase the value of our solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

A structured and disciplined sales approach, including CRM discipline.

Provide regular updates and reports on customer accounts, feedback, and potential growth areas.
We value a proactive and customer-focused mindset. Experience in account management or B2B sales is a plus, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with the following:

Professional fluency in English is essential;

International experience is a significant asset as we are an international company.

A customer-centric approach with a strong problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn about 3D printing solutions.
Nice to haves:

Proficiency in German is highly desirable. Other languages are a plus.

Experience with biomechanics or the orthopedic industry is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master’s degrees preferred
