Skills:
• Norwegian “Fagbrev” (Craft Certificate) as Automotive Mechanic (letthus-/personbilmekaniker) or equivalent trade qualification recognised by the Norwegian authorities.
• Additional Ford or other brand-specific diagnostic certifications are an advantage.
Professional Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant workshop experience performing maintenance, repairs and advanced fault-finding on passenger vehicles.
• Proven ability to interpret technical data and use modern diagnostic tools (e.g., Ford IDS/FDRS, OBD-II scanners, oscilloscopes).
Technical Skills
• Competence in electrical and electronic systems, CAN-bus diagnostics, hybrid/EV safety procedures and software updates.
• Able to follow manufacturer service bulletins and document work in DMS systems.
Language
• Good command of English or Scandinavian language (spoken and written).
Driving Licence
• Valid Category B (passenger car) driving licence.
Personal Attributes
• Structured and quality-conscious.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, even under time pressure.
Other
• Willingness to attend Ford factory training courses in Norway or abroad.
• Eligibility to live and work in Norway.

Full time work + overtime. Permanent employment
Working hours from 08.00-1700 and we provide working uniform and protection equipment

Salery
Individual, but minimum 275 NOK pr hour + additional overtime and insurance.
