Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes

  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Indian curry chef or cook

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, techniques, and recipes
