We are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague to support our Technology Leader in Danske Bank. You will join the Business Management & Implementation (BM&I) organization consisting of three teams with around 25 colleagues, all committed to enabling and supporting tasks and initiatives related to transforming, running, and managing the Bank's TECH Innovation & Foundation organization. This role will be a great starting point to get close to our leadership agenda and get organizational insight.

The role

You will enter the role as PA to our Technology SVP, providing seamless value add and professional support including proactive calendar management, travel management and meeting preparation. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Business Management & Implementation team - and interact with colleagues and stakeholders across Technology & Services (T&S). In this role, you will have a chance to expand your responsibilities (as you settle into the role) and contribute to driving or supporting the TECH agenda across T&S.

Additionally, you will be involved (depending on your background and preferences) in various exciting initiatives such as:

  • Employee engagement.
  • Offsite and event planning.

About you

We imagine that you have previous experience in management coordinator/executive or personal assistant or similar roles. You are delivery-focused, with comprehensive planning, communication and organizational skills.
