What you will be doing
In this position you will be responsible for several GxP-regulated laboratory IT systems. You will handle a broad range of tasks related to system management, entailing driving system- and platform upgrades and being part of development teams. Since a lot of automation and optimization is going on in the area, it is also possible to play a role in the cross-disciplinary agile teams driving and supporting these projects.

Key tasks:

  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting complex systems in close collaboration with local super users, vendors and corporate stakeholders in a GxP-regulated environment.

  • Ensuring IT security and data integrity by working in accordance with Novo Nordisk procedures and external guidelines for Computer Systems Validation

  • Taking part in improving and optimizing our processes, both within technical IT support/management and within IT compliance


What qualifications you should bring?

  • Degree in natural sciences, engineering or IT

  • Experience working in roles such as a system specialist, system manager, system supporter, or similar

  • Experience with managing IT systems – preferably in a regulated area (ideally with equipment such as megallan readers, or more advanced chromatographical equipment)

  • Experience in driving IT improvements or managing projects

  • Fluency in English, written and oral

As a person you have strong personal drive and collaborative mind. You create trustful relations and keep an overview of your tasks. Good stakeholder management and communication skills are a must.

We have a close collaboration with our users and super users, our vendors and our IT colleagues in Bangalore. We are a dedicated department of 18 people, striving for optimal planning and execution of our IT and compliance tasks with an agile mindset.
