Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and ensuring compliance in software development? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results?
If yes, apply below and join us in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) - Product Supply Solutions in Novo Nordisk and help us drive the digitalisation of complex manufacturing processes globally!

Let’s talk about the role
As our Scrum Master & Compliance SME in SAP BTP PS Solutions, you will have a key role in facilitating the Agile events of our delivery team and ensuring that software development and supporting activities are done in compliance. Our overall aim is to standardise manufacturing-related processes across production sites and improve the process quality and efficiency by means of digitalisation. You will co-lead one or more product teams responsible for developing and operating IT solutions built on the SAP BTP.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Co-lead the product team together with the Product Manager. Your focus will be on the delivery team, composed by software developers, while the Product Manager’s focus is on the Product Owners.

  • Facilitate the Agile events, including the Iteration Planning, for one or more product teams and ensure an overall efficient delivery.

  • Drive the Daily Stand-up and be responsible for keeping track of the product delivery, removing impediments raised by team members and escalating to people managers when necessary.

  • Be responsible for performing compliance activities in alignment with the other Scrum Masters & Compliance SMEs and Quality Assurance (QA).

  • Collaborate with the Product Managers and people managers of the delivery team to drive the products forward with clarity and structure.

You will report to the Head of Strategy & Transformation in SAP BTP PS Solutions, which is the department where the scrum master and compliance team is anchored.

What we scout for
To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field along with experience working with Agile frameworks and using the corresponding supporting IT tools.

  • Proven experience working in a Scrum Master position, or in an IT compliance or software validation position in pharmaceuticals, life science or other regulated industries.

  • Knowledge or experience in IT solutions implementation.

  • Good stakeholder management skills, so you will effortlessly navigate complex IT matters with non-IT colleagues through clear and concise communication.

  • Fluency in oral and written English.

  • Understanding of GxP, experience working with SAFe Agile framework and Microsoft Azure DevOps tool is considered an advantage.

On a personal level you are a team player and a servant leader, who is driven by helping and motivating others, and who persuades rather than uses authority. You are authentic, empathic and care about each team member’s wellbeing. You know how to navigate around conflicts and have good stakeholder management skills, both with specialists and people managers.
