About the Job

your primary tasks will be:

• To provide support in addressing production challenges.
• You will be responsible for driving the problem-solving process by understanding the process flow, equipment functionality, and identifying the root cause of the issue through systematic problem-solving.
• We also conduct product validations, optimize workflows through data processing, and resolve complex incidents in production. As such, you will be working extensively to im-prove our standards, which we strive to adhere to.

In addition to supporting daily production, you will also be responsible for implementing improvements and participating in projects.

The work is conducted in close collaboration with the rest of the team, where we empha-size teamwork and engagement in a busy work environment. You will therefore encounter a strong team spirit, where we work together and share our successes. Collaboration will be at the forefront, and we are looking for someone who is motivated to work in teams.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A degree in pharmacy, engineering, or a similar higher education in natural science.
• Experience in production is preferred but not required.
• You enjoy working with processes, deviations, problem-solving, data analysis in Excel, and validations/qualifications. You have a strong quality and compliance mindset and enjoy leading new improvements.
• knowledge of, or experience in complying with GMP requirements.
• Full proficiency in both English and Danish

About the Department


We are excited to announce the establishment of a new department at Novo Nordisk, dedicated to ensuring the successful launch of a new product. This product will be filled into pen fills and is scheduled to hit the marked in 2026. We are looking to qualify two new production lines from B&S

By the end of Q2 in 2024, we anticipate to have a team of 30 employees in this depart-ment. However, as we prepare for the product launch in 2026, we expect the department to grow significantly, with a projected workforce of 170 employees.
