The Position

In the role of Training Supporter, you collaborate closely with local management and end-users to enhance training effectiveness and elevate human performance. Your key responsibility involves supporting the department in creating and maintaining the most suitable training and competence development strategies.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing effective training plans for new employees with a focus on reducing time to skill.

  • Maintaining and updating the existing training structure in the department, including coaching local trainers.

  • Acting as a strategic sparring partner for the management group and proactively taking initiative to address business needs related to training.

  • Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, working on training related initiatives across the organization.

  • Driving and facilitating workshops, carrying out process confirmation on training maturity and setup, and seeking opportunities to enhance learning and human performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine you:

  • Hold a relevant academic master degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Natural Science, Learning Science or other relevant field, coupled with a keen interest in workplace learning, training and/or learning & development

  • Bring a minimum of 2 year of experience in a comparable position, preferably in a GMP environment

  • Have experience with LEAN and/or behavioral design, creating training videos, working with virtual/augmented reality will be an advantage 

  • Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Possess good knowledge of working with various IT systems and handling large amounts of data

  • Showcase proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English

As a person, you have a high level of independence, are motivated, and structured. Your can-do attitude, coupled with a curious and pragmatic approach, makes you’re a driving force in any challenge. You are a great communicator who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders and building long-lasting relationships. Moreover, you can use data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and suggest improvements.

About the department

As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a “can do” mind-set.

The department Cultivation Pilot Plant consists of ~125 people divided into 6 teams; 2 Facilities, each consisting of 2 cultivation lines and two recovery suites. We are a part of CMC API Pilots with responsibility to produce active drug substances for the clinical trials and optimize processes for market production.
