Core responsibilities
This is a job for those who are excited to work with technologies, validation, testing and quality control in agile IT projects.

We expect you are ready to:

  • Participate in large scale IT projects in Development as the IT validation expert and the execution of validation and quality control activities
  • Collaborate with your colleagues and take responsibility for validation activities for the project(s) e.g. planning, documentation, coordination and reporting and you are quality-minded with a good ability to execute within deadlines
  • Engage in knowledge sharing across the department with your IT Validation peers, helping develop and optimize an aligned approach to validation and quality control work, ensuring we test and validate the right things at the right level, supporting a risk-based approach to testing
  • Drive and execute the project’s test automation and taking the lead on increasing our level of test automation

What we`re looking for?

To be our new colleague as IT Validation and Compliance Responsible, you are able to tick off most of following boxes:

  • You have a degree within Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or other related fields
  • Alternatively, you have some experience within IT Validation from the pharma industry or other regulated industries
  • You have experience in working with large scale projects and validation, preferably working in an agile manner
  • Familiarity with test automation and tooling is considered an advantage

As we are continuously hiring for different levels, we are also open to a less seniority in the market or someone having worked in other similar highly regulated industries.

Department overview

The department consists of 20 employees all dedicated to IT Compliance and Validation. People are allocated to different Agile teams organized in ARTs around the many IT systems being used in Development. We meet in the department to share and co-create on knowledge and best practices around IT Compliance & Validation, and further we collaborate closely on the same with the IT Developers in our sister departments.


The department is a part of Development IT, a part of Global Digital, Data & IT (DD & IT). Your main working location will be in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 120 people in Denmark and 50 in India, responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of Development IT’s digital solutions. You will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key.
