Danske Bank in Copenhagen is seeking a results-driven project manager to join our dynamic team, consisting of change managers, business analysts, and fellow project managers. Our team is instrumental in implementing strategic projects crucial to the development of our Danish personal customer business. We collaborate closely with colleagues across Personal Customers DK, Daily Banking, Advisory Network, Tribes and others within the bank.

Optimize workflows

You will be a part of the "Projects & Implementation" team, working in an environment that values professional discussions to optimize workflow and propel progress. We strive to cultivate a culture of psychological safety, informal communication, and a high degree of enjoyment.

As a project manager, your role will involve addressing business challenges through strategic and analytical perspectives, preparing decision-making proposals, driving business-critical projects, and ensuring the implementation of ideas and plans for tangible initiatives and changes. You will have the opportunity to lead your project team, while also being hands-on with projects.

Relevant experience in Project Management

You possess a relevant master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., HD) and you have over 5 years of experience in business development, project management or product ownership within finance or consulting. Moreover you:

  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Possess strong strategic and analytical skills to develop effective solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent planning and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Have superior interpersonal skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Be naturally curious and able to challenge the status quo to add value.
