Transforming the Landscape - Your Role in Driving AI Adoption

In this strategic role, your initial focus (for the first 9 to 12 months) will be on leading the adoption of AI solutions and driving change management to enhance our banking processes and competitive edge. This will involve facilitating workshops, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering the effective adoption of new solutions across the organization.

As you grow in your role, your responsibilities will gradually shift towards a more strategic focus. You will serve as a primary advisor to senior management, guiding and influencing AI-driven transformation strategies. You will also maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring they are engaged and supported in adapting to changes in AI project strategies and implementations.

Your essential tasks will include:

  • Leading the strategic adoption of AI solutions in the initial stages
  • Facilitating workshops and change management programs aligned with strategic goals
  • Gradually shifting focus towards guiding and influencing AI-driven transformation strategies
  • Engaging and supporting internal stakeholders on AI project strategies, with a growing focus on adaptation
  • Crafting, implementing, and monitoring AI training initiatives

Mastering Change and Transformation - Your Skills and Competencies

As our Strategic Gen AI Partner, you have a deep understanding of technologies like GenAI, exceptional strategic acumen, and the ability to "talk tech". You are adept at facilitating workshops and leading teams through a changing environment, transformations, translating strategic visions into executable projects. You are proficient in managing the transformation process from traditional banking practices to AI-enhanced operations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing workflows.

Your essential skills and competencies include:

  • An understanding of technologies like GenAI and ability to communicate technical details effectively
  • Great project management skills, with a focus on leading transformations and facilitating workshops
  • Ability to adapt and drive change in strategic visions and projects
  • Proficiency in analysing financial data and translating potential benefits into robust financial frameworks
