The position

As a Student Assistant in the new M2 Recovery Process and Cleaning support team, you are encouraged to have a proactive approach in not be afraid of asking for help and collaborate in interdisciplinarity.
Your responsibilities will primarily be included, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing & archiving batch documentation
  • Handling minor deviation
  • Overseeing the electronic logbook (Elog)
  • Managing the data process
  • Helping the full-time supporters with optimization projects

Qualifications
You are a Student who is currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the relevant academic degree (e.g. Biotechnology, Machine technology, a student at Helix lab etc.)

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in both spoken and written in English or Danish
  • Structured mindset with a big picture view perspective in prioritizing workload
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team by taking ownership and responsibility for your tasks

Preference (nice to have):

  • Experience from a similar position

The production is running at high speed, so you will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, with frequently changing priorities. You are proactive and responsible for your tasks while working independently and collaborating in a team.

About the department

You will be working in the Recovery Department, where several products for diabetes patients are produced. The department consists of 3 different production lines and you will be part of a newly assembled team that supports a new recovery production line.

The team consists of 15 dedicated and enthusiastic process scientists and engineers who help each other to solve the daily production tasks to ensure a stable manufacturing process. In the team, we value curiosity and honesty which are important in order to get the needed help in time and also to close the tasks. Since the team is new, this is important that you are self-driven, have a proactive approach, are not afraid of asking for help, and have good collaboration skills (interdisciplinary collaboration).
