About the job

As a Senior Training Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Establish the Data Science Academy in Development, ensuring we offer the greatest and newest training modules, live training sessions, bootcamps, and other innovative training methods.
  • Develop and implement function-specific training programs, ensuring our colleagues are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Act as a center of expertise and putting together the portfolio of offerings, ensuring new functional training programs.
  • Serve as primary contact for the wider program team and external partners ensuring we make a splash with the program launch and keep a high learning culture
  • Primary responsible for training activities, including training materials and delivery (ensuring we offer the highest quality training programs).
  • Drive the overall strategic direction for our learning approaches and upskilling capabilities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies in the field, such as GenAI, AI, ML, and incorporate them into training programs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in establishing and implementing training programs, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong instructional design skills and the ability to communicate how to create engaging and effective training materials through others, e.g. external or internal training contant creators.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies in the field of data science and the ability to incorporate them into training programs.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends.

About the department

The Data Science department in Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide. Our focus is to deliver data and data insights through advanced analytics to support new drug submissions. As part of the Data Science, Strategic Projects team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering on the strategic projects within the Data Science organization. We are a small team of highly engaged individuals, working collaboratively to deliver tangible results.
