The position
As a Project Manager in Integrated Quality (IQ) your primary responsibility will be to drive mid-size projects/activities, conduct analysis work, and facilitate meetings & workshops within a track in one of the Workstreams in Integrated Quality, supporting the transformation of our Quality Management System to support the Novo Nordisk scaling ambition. Five Workstreams has been established to drive the transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture and IQ Data & Technology. The nature of activities or tracks you will lead will be different in character depending on the actual Workstream you will be involved in. They will all require utilization of your ability to drive cross-functional projects/activities in close collaboration with the Workstream Lead.

Additionally, you will:
• Use your project management competencies and positive attitude to guide, support and lead the project activities/project team to the advantage of the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the NN organization.
• Be primarily based in Bagsværd with occasional travel activities.

Qualifications
Managing mid-size projects/activities within Integrated Quality, requires an individual with strong leadership & change management skills and an excellent quality mindset. We are seeking a project manager who is known for motivating high-performing and engaged project teams.

To excel in this role, you should:
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as Project Manager and successfully driving cross-functional activities e.g. facilitation of WS with a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Possess analytical and structural mindset, creating effective structures within project activities by applying the appropriate amount of planning and organizing.
• Execute your project activities timely without compromising on quality.
• Have extensive experience in stakeholder management and positive collaboration with stakeholders at various organizational levels and across large organizations.
• Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

We expect that you have knowledge and experience in applying Lean- & different project management tools. You should excel in designing and creating project presentations for the broader project communication e.g. PowerPoint slides. Experience with Agile project execution (e.g. SAFe/Scrum/Half Double etc.) will be an advantageous.
Your personal qualities define you as robust, structured, a self-starter, with a strong ability to collaborate. You should maintain a holistic and diplomatic mindset, always approaching tasks with a positive attitude. Additionally, you should possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.

About the department
As Project Manager in Integrated Quality, you will be part of a Matrix organization referring to the People Manager of Integrated Quality Office 1. The department plays an instrumental role for ensuring a sustainable workforce by managing and securing people well-being for employees working within the Integrated Quality project workstreams. The department is newly established and will, in the near future, consists of SMEs, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and other roles and all with the responsibility to drive project activities within the workstreams in Integrated Quality.
