The position
As our new IT & Automation Validation Professional, you will play an important role by supporting our Fill & Finish production Expansions.
You will be working closely with different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers to make sure that we always work and implement according to the most optimal Validation Strategy. This means that you will give input to updates of the strategy when relevant, but also be part of the execute fase and drive validation deliverables in the implementation teams.

Key responsibilities
• Contribute to the IT & Automation Validation Strategy.
• Contribute to the general Quality Strategy for the
• Act as Validation lead on local projects.
• Produce validation deliverables.
• Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects.
• Be a contact QA resources.
Some travel activity is to be expected.

Qualifications
To succeed as IT/OT Validation Professional, we expect that you:
• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s or technician degree within automation or IT

• Have validation experience with IT system implementation as well as OT systems implementation in production facilities.

• Have served as the validation lead.

On a personal level, you must be team player, ready to perform in dynamic multi-cultural teams. Teamwork is in general high on the agenda - both due the nature of our huge program but also due to the general “Way of Management” values in Novo Nordisk A/S.

About the department
DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
